I was invited to this year’s http://www.whaledreamers.org.au as a resident artist. This involved the facilitation and delivery of eco art workshops, to inspire and educate the broader community of alternative creative processes by utilising a range of natural materials. It was a busy day, attracting approximately 300 participants to the workshops.
I multi-task between motherhood, my arts practice, researching social justice issues to enjoying my down time in nature. I believe that art is a powerful storytelling tool, be it on an aesthetic, educational, personal or cultural basis. This site will showcase and explore all my connections through my own professional practice to the delivery of community art initiatives. I hope you enjoy this journey.
